I put this recipe together because I needed something that I could make with sugar, but also substitute Splenda and Sugar Twin in for the diabetics in the family. Ingredients:
1 unbaked pie shell |
1 1/2 cups cooked mashed pumpkin |
2/3 cup granulated sugar |
1/4 cup packed brown sugar |
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk |
3 eggs |
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredientes until combined completely. 2. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
