A quick and easy pre or post workout snack Ingredients:
9 ounces yams |
9 egg whites |
6 tablespoons applesauce |
3 scoops vanilla protein powder |
Directions:
1. Boil yams. Then mix all ingredients together in a blender. Place in 9 by 9 baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. |
