Note: Preparation time includes the time the dough needs to sit after kneading. Ingredients:
140 ml water |
15 ml olive oil |
225 g flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon yeast |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, pour water, then add oil and yeast. 2. Stir and let sit for 10 minutes. 3. Add flour and knead it a little, till combined, but not formed into a ball. 4. Add salt and sugar and knead till the dough is smooth. 5. Cover the dough with a clean, dry dish towel and let it rest for an hour before using. |
