A simple, tuned down version of my homemade honey peanut butter. Lasts for months in the refridgerator. Good for use in recipes or great as a spread if you add peanut oil. Thanks Bippie! Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups dry-roasted unsalted peanuts |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Place peanuts and salt in a blender or food processor with metal blade inserted,. 2. Cover and blend or process until spreadable (about 6 or 7 minutes). 3. Stop and scrape sides of blender/food processor as needed. 4. Store in a covered container in the refridgerator. |
