We have been making our own pancakes as we get the processed foods out of our kitchen and try to eat healthy. My kids love these. The recipe is doubled, I freeze extras and then put them in the toaster later in the week.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups milk
4 table spoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredientsin large bowl. spoon onto hot pan. Flip once and serve hot.
