We have been making our own pancakes as we get the processed foods out of our kitchen and try to eat healthy. My kids love these. The recipe is doubled, I freeze extras and then put them in the toaster later in the week. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 cup flour |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 1/2 cups milk |
4 table spoon vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons sugar |
6 tablespoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredientsin large bowl. spoon onto hot pan. Flip once and serve hot. |
