Like the ones at IHOP, except better! Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour |
3/4 cup milk |
2 large eggs |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. -Put a mini muffin pan in the oven and heat oven to 400 degrees. While oven is heating, place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Carefully remove the pan from the oven and spray with Pam. Fill muffin wells 3/4 full w/batter. 2. -Bake 12-18mins. until batter is puffed and slightly golden on top. Remove pancake puppies from pan, add toppings as desired and enjoy! |
