I've never actually had an Oh Henry! bar, so I can't say whether or not this recipe tastes like one. It sounds delicious anyway! Ingredients:
4 cups quick-cooking oats |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 cup brown sugar (packed) |
1 cup butter |
6 ounces chocolate chips |
1 cup crunchy peanut butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix the oats, sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl. 3. Melt the butter, pour into the bowl, and mix the ingredients well. 4. Press the mixture into a greased 13x9 pan. Bake for 20 minutes; then let cool for 20 minutes. 5. Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring to blend. Spread over cooked base. 6. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into rectangular bars. |
