Thick, doughy, chewy noodles that go good with broth or gravy. Ingredients:
4 eggs |
1 1/2 c flour |
1 c milk |
1 lb chuck roast |
4 c beef broth |
Directions:
1. combine eggs, flour, and milk. Roll into half-inch-thick strips and press flat. 2. heat broth to a simmer. Add noodles and beef. Heat for several minutes, stirring gently. |
