Homemade Noodles

These noodles are great in chicken noodle soup. A co-worker gave me the recipe years ago.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
3 egg yolks
1 egg
2 teaspoons salt
1/4-1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Measure flour into bowl.
2. Make a well and add eggs and salt.
3. Add water 1 tbs. at a time until dough forms a ball.
4. Turn dough on to floured board and kneed until elastic and smooth.
5. Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
6. Divide dough in to 4 equal parts.
7. Roll dough 1 section at a time until paper thin.
8. Cut into noodles. Shake off flour and let dry on a paper towel for about 2 hours.
