A bit of exercise but worth the effort. Much better than store bought noodles! Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 drops yellow food coloring |
2 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs, oil, salt and coloring. 2. Add flour, until dough is stiff to roll. 3. Divide dough in half. 4. Roll on generously floured board until thin. 5. Cut into narrow strips or use a noodle maker to cut. 6. Dry on towel or go on and cook them in beef or chicken broth. |
