Homemade Mini Peanut Butter Cups |

Easy and Yummy Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups milk or semisweet chocolate chips |
2/3 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter |
1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar |
1/4 cup whipping cream |
Directions:
1. Over double boiler, melt chocolate chips 2. Place over bowl of hot water 3. Using pastry brush, coat bottoms and sides of 24-1 inch mini paper liners 4. Set aside remaining chocolate 5. Freeze cups until firm 6. Repeat coating procedure 7. In mixing bowl, add peanut butter, powdered sugar and whipping cream and mix until well blended 8. Spoon 1 tsp. peanut butter mixture into center of each cup 9. Chill 10. Spoon remaining chocolate over peanut butter mixture and spread evenly 11. Chill completely |
