Modified recipe from a cookbook. It tastes soooo much better than the stuff you get from the store.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons brown mustard
1 egg
2 cups vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Whir up first 3 ingredients in a food processor until just combined.
2. Slowly pour the oil in a small stream while the processor is on. This is very important! Don't rush.
3. When you've added all the oil, the mayo will have a thick consistency. Pop it in a container in the fridge and use as needed.
