2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
2 teaspoons sweet rice flour |
1 teaspoon arrowroot |
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon white pepper |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. comebine all in a blender and process until mixture thickens. 2. store up to 1 week in the refrigerator. |
