From the City Times newspaper. Ingredients:
12 lemons |
6 green chilies |
1/2 tablespoon cutter chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder |
200 g salt |
Directions:
1. Make 4 deep cuts in the lemons in an X shape. 2. Stuff the salt in the lemons. 3. Place in a pot. 4. Sprinkle some salt on top. 5. Add the whole green chillies. 6. Add 1 1/2 cups of water. 7. Boil for 3 minutes. 8. Remove from heat. 9. Add the chilli powder and cutter chilli powder. 10. Mix well. 11. Put in a jar. 12. Leave it to mature for 7 days. |
