Beef and Bechamel Sauce lasagne sprinkled with cheese. Ingredients:
1 clove garlic |
2 small onions |
500 g minced beef |
400 g tomatoes |
75 g lasagne pasta |
25 g butter |
1/4 cup flour |
1 1/2 cups milk |
25 g parmesan |
3/4 cup grated colby cheese |
1 t paprika |
Directions:
1. Brown beef, onions, and garlic. Add tomatoes, paprika and a little salt and pepper. 2. Meanwhile make bechamel sauce by heating butter then adding flour until pasty. 3. Gradually add milk until nice and thick, stir in finely grated parmesan. 4. Layer into dish and top with colby cheese. 5. Put in oven and bake at 200 C for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. 6. Wait 5 minutes after removing from oven and serve with green salad. |
