3 cups cooked garbanzo beans or 2 cans 15.5 oz garbanzos (rinsed and drained) |
5 garlic cloves, minced |
3 scallions, minced |
1/3 cup tahini |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
2 tbsp soy sauce |
1 salt, pepper, cayenne pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree. 2. serve as dip or sandwich spread. |
