Way better than the store-bought kind! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas |
1/4 cup tahini |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 garlic cloves, chopped |
1 tablespoon parsley, minced |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Place chickpeas in food processor and whir them around until they're finely chopped. 2. Add all other ingredients and process until it's the right texture for you, adding water if necessary. 3. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. ENJOY! |
