Ingredients:
1 can(s) pillsbury roll-out pizza dough |
18 slice(s) pepperoni |
1 cup(s) pizza sauce |
2 cup(s) shredded mozzerella |
1/4 cup(s) grated parmesean (optional) |
3 tablespoon(s) olive oil or melted butter (optional) |
Directions:
1. Roll out pizza dough and cut into 6 rectangles. Dot each rectangle with sauce. Add three pepperoni slices and a few teaspoons of cheese. Don't overfill. Fold over dough and seal edges by crimping with a fork. Bake on a baking sheet at 350 until golden brown (15-30 minutes). If desired, brush with oil and sprinkle with parmesean partway through cooking. 2. When finished, cool completely. Wrap tightly in saran wrap and freeze inside a gallon ziploc bag. Easily make several batches. Keep up to three months. |
