A sauce like this only takes minutes, and the results are noticeably superior to their store-bought counterparts. If you are doing a prime rib, or other roast beef, you may want to seriously consider whipping up a batch of this classic horseradish sauce. Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream |
2 tablespoons extra-hot prepared horseradish |
2 teaspoons thinly sliced chives |
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 pinch cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Stir sour cream, horseradish, chives, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Cover and let sit for at least 2 hours. |
