Very yummy alternative to prepared hummus, can be used on toasted pitas or (as I like to have it) on crusty bread with grilled veggies as a sandwich. Super easy!! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste) |
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas |
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander |
2 teaspoons minced garlic |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 dash hot sauce (optional) |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Blend measured ingredients. 2. Season to taste with hot sauce and salt/pepper. |
