This is another great receipe for using up your leftovers. Perfect for family on the go or just for one. You can easily freeze it in an ice cream pail for later use. Ingredients:
7 c ham both |
2 1/2 c water |
6 c spaghetti |
3 c chopped cooked ham |
1 c corn drained |
1 sm onion |
4 tsp chicken bouillon |
1 tsp parsley |
1 tsp basil |
pepper & salt to taste |
Directions:
1. 1. Chop up spaghetti into 1 inch long 2. 2. Chop up the ham into cubes with no skin 3. 3. Chop up onion diced fine 4. 4. Add liquids both & water to a large pot 5. 5. Add chicken bouillon & stir 6. 6. Add spaghetti, ham, corn and onion 7. 7. Add your spices parsley, basil, pepper & salt 8. 8. Cook on med. Heat for 20 min. stirring occasionally 9. 9. Reduce the heat & cover to simmer for apx. 1 hour. 10. 10. If you don’t have enough ham both. Use water, but you will have to alter your chicken bouillon apx. 1 tsp per cup of water. |
