Delicious and so easy to make and very healthy for you!!
Ingredients:
3 cups rolled oats
1 (300 ml) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried fruit, finely chopped (cranberries, blueberries, apricots, etc, or a combination of many)
1/2 cup nuts, finely chopped (peanuts, almonds, etc, or a combination of many)
Directions:
1. Combined rolled oats and milk; add remaining ingredients, and blend.
2. Use cooking spray on baking sheet.
3. Spread mixture on sheet and pat down.
4. Bake 20 minutes at 350°F
5. Cut while still warm.
