Homemade Granola

Rich and delicious...and not your typical Granola. I like that... :)
Ingredients:
6 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1-2 cups chopped pecans (or the nut of your choice)
1 cup golden raisins
butter
Directions:
1. To a large mixing bowl add all ingredients.
2. Toss well, then drizzle with melted butter until lightly and evenly coated (1-2 sticks).
3. Spread mixture out on a large jellyroll pan or any shallow pan.
4. Toast and Stir in a 325 degree oven to desired doneness.
5. Usually about 45 minutes.
6. Store when cool in an airtight container.
7. Great as a cereal with Milk or Yogurt, a trail mix or a topping for yogurt, ice cream, cobbler, etc. Enjoy! :)
