This is a slightly modified version of another recipe (I added flax seed in place of part of the oats). Each serving is 1/2 cup. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats |
1/2 cup golden flax seed |
1/4 cup chopped pecans |
1/8 cup sliced almonds |
1/8 cup pumpkin seeds |
40 grams (1/2 cup) shredded coconut |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup honey |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
Directions:
1. Mix all but cranberries together and bake at 325 for 45 minutes to an hour, stirring every 15 minutes. 2. Let cool and add cranberries. |
