Yummy for breakfast or a snack. Great over yogurt! Ingredients:
1 stick of butter |
1/2 cup honey |
4 cups rolled oats |
1 cup coconut, sweetened |
1 cup almonds, sliced |
1 cup raisins |
1 tsp vanilla extract |
1 tsp cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Melt together butter and honey. 2. Pour over oats and other ingredients and stir well. 3. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. 4. Stir well and bake 5 more minutes. 5. Stir well to separate mixture and place in airtight container when it has cooled. 6. If you boil the honey mixture for 1 minute before pouring over the oat mixture and do not stir after baking, when cooled these will stick together more like a granola bar. |
