A friend cut out this recipe out of a newspaper for me because of its antioxydant brain power capabilities. It does wonder for my study crunches! Have fun experimenting with different flavors of yogurt: I sure do! I even grated a pear once, just grab it while it's still quite firm. Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons sliced almonds |
2/3 cup rolled oats |
1 medium apple, grated |
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. I like to leave it overnight in a sealed bowl. |
