Homemade pastry Ingredients:
250g flour |
1 tbsp white vinegar |
1 1/2 tbsp sunflower oil |
1 1/4 cups warm water |
Directions:
1. Sift flour, onto a board, make a well in the centre, add vinegar, oil and water. Draw flour in little by little, mixing until it forms a ball. Knead to obtain a smooth dough. A food processor or blender can be used. Cover and allow to rest. |
