Homemade fajitas that are easy, quick and filling! Ingredients:
2 chicken breast |
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
2 cloves minced garlic |
1 1/2 tsp chili powder |
1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper |
1 tsp cumin |
2 tablespoons hot sauce |
1 1/2 tsp black pepper |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 yellow onion |
4 fat free flour tortillas |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into thin strips add to pan heated with 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil. 2. When chicken is almost cooked, all vegetables, spices, and hot sauce with up to 1/4 cup water if need be. 3. Allow food to cook for up to 8 minutes more until water has cooked into food and veggies creating a paste over the food. 4. Serve with 4 fat free tortillas and add 1/4 cup shredded cheddar. |
