4 eggs |
2 tablespoons rum or 2 tablespoons rye whiskey or 2 tablespoons brandy |
3 cups milk or 3 cups cream |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 cup sugar or 1/4 cup honey |
nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Combine eggs, milk, sugar, rum and vanilla in blender or food processor. Blend until thoroughly mixed. 2. Serve in a chilled glass, topped with a dash of nutmeg. |
