I really enjoy egg dishes, but I have to watch how many I eat. This recipe is easy to whip up anytime plus it tastes better than prepackages egg substitute products. I use this whenever a recipe calls for egg substitute. Ingredients:
2 egg whites |
2 teaspoons nonfat dry milk powder |
1 teaspoon canola oil |
1 drop yellow food coloring |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Use as a substitute for 1 egg. Yield: 1 serving. |
