Very handy take along breakfast. Kids love this. Ingredients:
2 slices white bread |
6 eggs |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
3 slices crisp bacon |
Directions:
1. Grease muffin cups. 2. place buttered bread, torn into pieces into bottom of muffin cups. 3. Crumble bacon on top and then break eggs on top of that. 4. Bake in oven for about 15 min, or until eggs are set. 5. Longer if you prefer harder eggs. |
