My version that is based on Jonni McCoy's ( Miserly Moms ) recipe. Why buy what you can make easily in your own kitchen? Ingredients:
2 ounces coriander seeds |
1 ounce peppercorn |
1 ounce cumin seed |
1 ounce large cardamom seed |
1/2 ounce cinnamon |
1/2 ounce clove |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Dump everything into a blender or coffee grinder; process into very fine powder. 2. Store in an air-tight container. 3. Serving size is approximate - use as per recipe. |
