These are so fresh. They really are great on top of a big green salad. Ingredients:
1 loaf french bread |
2 garlic cloves, peeled |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Rub the crust all over with the garlic cloves. 2. Cut the bread in 1/2 inch slices. 3. Sprinkle one side with the olive oil. 4. Place the slices on a baking sheet. 5. Place under broiler until they are golden. 6. Turn and brown the other side. 7. While warm cut into dice. |
