Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter |
5 tablespoons light oil |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 teaspoon thyme |
5 slices day-old white bread |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in skillet then add oil. 2. Mix in remaining ingredients. 3. Cut 5 slices of day old bread and remove crusts. 4. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes. 5. Fry slowly until lightly brown. |
