Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package macaroni, cooked and drained |
2 tablespoons oil |
1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
1/4 cup melted butter |
2 tablespoons minced onions (optional) |
Directions:
1. Toss cooked macaroni in 2 tablespoons oil in large bowl. 2. Add all remaining ingredients. 3. Pour into lightly greased crock-pot. 4. Stir well. 5. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours. 6. Stir occasionally. |
