Ingredients:
4 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup white rice
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan bring broth to a simmer over low heat.
2. Add rice and cream. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cover and cook 20 minutes, until rice is tender.
3. Serve hot sprinkled with parsley.
