Savory and spicy pork chorizo with garlic, vinegar, oregano, and red pepper. This can be made with ground beef as well. To cook, crumble in a skillet and fry. Ingredients:
1 clove garlic |
3 teaspoons dried oregano |
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar |
1/2 cup crushed red pepper flakes |
1/2 cup water |
2 1/2 pounds ground pork |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine garlic, oregano, vinegar, red pepper flakes, and water. Blend until smooth. 2. In a bowl pour mixture over ground pork; cover and refrigerate all day. Pour off any water that accumulates. Refrigerate or freeze for future use. |
