Homemade Chilli cooked in slow-cooker Ingredients:
20 oz beans, hot chilli |
20 oz diced tomatoes, canned undrained |
15 1/2 oz can tomato sauce |
15 1/2 oz kidney beans, rinsed and drained |
1 pound ground beef, 80% lean/20% fat |
1 1/3 cups onions, diced |
2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef, onions in skillet until onions are opaque. Sprinkle salt, pepper, chilli powder to taste. 2. Add all other ingredients in crock pot. 3. Add ground beef mixture. Cook in crock pot for 8 to 10 hours. |
