The apples, grapes & celery were guesses. You could add more or less. Feel free to change the amount of mayonnaise, I just wanted a correct measurement and decided to use a cup. It tastes great and is really really filling!!! Ingredients:
1 cup red seedless grapes |
1 cup chopped red apples |
1 cup chopped celery |
7 oz chicken breast |
3 oz colby jack cheese |
1 tsp garlic powder |
1 tsp lemon pepper |
1/2 tsp celery salt |
1 cup low fat mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Put Chicken on skillet with dab of oil. When halfway cooked sprinkle garlic powder & lemon pepper onto both sides of chicken. Flip and cook until completely cooked through. 2. As chicken cooks, wash all produce. Dice apples, celery, and cheese. Combine with grapes in a large bowl. 3. When chicken is finished cooking. Dice up the chicken and add to the bowl. 4. Add mayo, the celery salt & last of the other seasonings. Stir. 5. Serve on bread or pita.... and enjoy! |
