These are way better than the frozen nuggets you buy at the store. Hope you like them! Ingredients:
3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup milk |
2 cups flour |
1 -1 1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
oil (for frying) |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs and milk together in a bowl. 2. Cut chicken to desired size and dip in egg/milk mixture. 3. In another bowl, combine flour, salt blend (I use Morton Nature's Season seasoning blend) and pepper. Coat chicken pieces in flour mixture. 4. Heat oil in frying pan ( I use about 1/4 cup) and brown chicken on both sides. Drain on paper towel, then place in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover and bake at 325 for 30 minutes. |
