Perfect to top mashed potatoes yet hearty enough to stand alone as a meal! These noodles can be summed up in one word...delicious! Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
white flour |
4 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs with a fork. 2. Add salt. 3. Add and stir in flour until dough forms. 4. Divide dough into 2 parts. 5. Roll out thinly on a heavily floured surface. 6. Cut rolled dough into thin strips. 7. Allow strips to dry out. 8. Cook in boiling broth. 9. Add cooked chicken pieces and turn recipe into a soup! |
