Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup |

Nothing will make you feel better than a bowl of homemade chicken noodle soup in the cold winter months! Ingredients:
2 (14-oz.) cans chicken broth |
2 c. water |
3 carrots, chopped |
3 stalks celery, chopped |
1 potato, peeled and cubed |
1 c. cooked and chopped chicken breast |
1/2 c. egg noodles |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, water, carrots, celery, potato and chicken. Cook until the veggies are tender. Bring to a boil and add the noodles. Reduce the heat and cook for about 15 minutes or until the noodles are tender. |
