Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup |

Better than campbells. ** I use boneless skinless chicken for a healthier soup ** I use swanson chicken broth to replace the flavor lost using skinless chicken Ingredients:
4 -5 chicken breasts |
2 cups chicken broth or 2 bouillon cubes |
16 ounces egg noodles |
4 fresh carrots, chopped |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 teaspoon celery salt |
1 teaspoon basil |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground |
Directions:
1. place all ingredients except noodles in a stock pot and boil until chicken is done. 2. Remove chicken from pot retaining the broth, chop chicken into bite size chunks. 3. Return chopped chicken to the pot of broth, and package of egg noodles. Simmer for 15 - 20 minutes. |
