Ingredients:
2 eggs |
2 cup(s) all-purpose flour flour |
2 cup(s) buttermilk |
4 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil |
2 tablespoon(s) sugar |
2 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Batter will be thick, so pour onto griddle in a circular motion to spread it evenly. You want the batter to be about 3 inches wide, it will expand some while cooking. Flip pancakes when bubbles start to appear in the batter. Makes about 12 large pancakes. This recipe is easily halved for a smaller portion. |
