I made this on 01/13/03 with the boys. Very fun, easy and so good! Perfect on homemade bread. It tastes really fresh. YUMMY!!!! Ingredients:
heavy whipping cream, chilled or heavy cream |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. You will also need a jar with tight lid. 2. Shake whipping cream and salt in jar until butter separates from the buttermilk. 3. Wring buttermilk out of the butter and serve. 4. Makes about a stick and a half worth of butter. |
