1 lb ground pork loin |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
1 teaspoon dried sage or 5 fresh sage leaves, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme |
1 dash cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix the pork and seasoning together well and form into small patties. 2. You should be able to make 10 to 12, depending on size. 3. Fry about 5 minutes per side, and drain on paper towels. 4. Serve warm. |
