Homemade Beef Noodle Soup

This is a quick homemade soup using leftovers. Perfect for a family on the go, or batchlor.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c frozen veg. mixed or corn
4 -5 c leftover spaghetti
3-4 c left over roast beef
2 c left over beef broth
3 1/2 c water
1 c spaghetti sauce
1 tsp basil
1 1/2 tsp oregano
2 tsp parsley
2 tsp beef oxo
2 tsp kitchen bouquet
salt pepper to taste.
Directions:
1. Chop spaghetti into small pieces 1 inch long.
2. Roast Beef chopped and diced in small cubes.
3. Pour all liquid ingredients into a large pot.
4. Now add in your spaghetti, beef, and vegetables.
5. Add in your spices; basil, oregano, parsley, beef OXO, Kitchen Bouquet, salt & pepper to taste.
6. Stir and cover, let simmer on minimum heat for approximately 2 - 3 hours.
7. If you don't like spicy foods cut the basil, oregano, parsley, beef OXO, Kitchen Bouquet in half. You can always add more to spice things up.
