Homemade Beef Noodle Soup |

This is a quick homemade soup using leftovers. Perfect for a family on the go, or batchlor. Ingredients:
1 1/2 c frozen veg. mixed or corn |
4 -5 c leftover spaghetti |
3-4 c left over roast beef |
2 c left over beef broth |
3 1/2 c water |
1 c spaghetti sauce |
1 tsp basil |
1 1/2 tsp oregano |
2 tsp parsley |
2 tsp beef oxo |
2 tsp kitchen bouquet |
salt pepper to taste. |
Directions:
1. Chop spaghetti into small pieces 1 inch long. 2. Roast Beef chopped and diced in small cubes. 3. Pour all liquid ingredients into a large pot. 4. Now add in your spaghetti, beef, and vegetables. 5. Add in your spices; basil, oregano, parsley, beef OXO, Kitchen Bouquet, salt & pepper to taste. 6. Stir and cover, let simmer on minimum heat for approximately 2 - 3 hours. 7. If you don't like spicy foods cut the basil, oregano, parsley, beef OXO, Kitchen Bouquet in half. You can always add more to spice things up. |
