This is from the Thursday magazine. This is a great snack, good for your health and a zillion times more healthier than chips and biscuits or cheese sandwiches that one tends to go in for at snack time. Enjoy these and stay fit! Ingredients:
1 cup dried soybeans (bought readymade from the store) |
3 -4 cups water |
Directions:
1. Soak soy beans overnight in water. 2. Drain and rinse the following morning. 3. Allow to dry. 4. Roast them until brown and crisp. 5. Munch on these roasted soybeans rather than chips when in mood for a crunchy snack! |
