A lovely dessert featuring Amarula Cream from South Africa. Looks delicious.
Ingredients:
250 g cream cheese
250 g mascarpone cheese
250 g creme fraiche
2 eggs
250 ml sugar
80 ml amarula cream liqueur
200 g peanut brittle
Directions:
1. Cream the eggs and sugar, combine with rest of the ingredients and whisk until well blended.
2. Pour into a glass bowl and freeze for 2-3 hours.
3. Serve with extra Amarula Cream and peanut brittle.
