Homemade Amaretto Almond Liqueur |

Ingredients:
1 cup light karo syrup |
1 cup sugar |
2 cups vodka |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 -1 1/2 tablespoon almond extract |
1/2 cup whole almond |
Directions:
1. Place the Karo syrup and sugar in a saucepan and dissolve together over medium heat until well combined. 2. Cool about 15 minutes. 3. Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring well. 4. Pour into a jar or bottle and let sit for about 2 weeks in a dark spot until well blended. |
